Why can't I do batch payments?
The batch payment functionality through our internet banking platform is currently unavailable. If you have a big amount of payments to be done, please contact the Client Care Team at help@gurupay.eu for guidance.
Please note that clients who use API integrations to trigger batch payments are not affected and the functionality should work accordingly.
