How do I log in for the first time?

Customers who have used Guru Pay before and are logging in to the new internet banking system

When logging into the new internet banking platform for the first time, your user ID is the same, unless you have received a letter from Guru Pay which stated otherwise.

1. Go to Guru Pay's official login page.
2. Press forgot password.
3. Enter the one-time password on your email.
4. When you enter the password, you will receive an SMS with a code to finish your authentication process.
5. When completed, you will be redirected to create a new password for your account.

Customers who have not used Guru Pay before

Once you have finished the onboarding process, you will receive an automated email containing your user ID and a unique link for authentication. The steps will be:

1. Go to Guru Pay's official login page.
2. Press forgot password.
3. Enter the one-time password on your email.
4. When you enter the password, you will receive an SMS with a code to finish your authentication process.
5. When completed, you will be redirected to create a new password for your account.

In the future, you will use your user ID and your newly created password through the regular login page.
